Karl is the most professional, efficient, organised, tidy and punctual tradesman we think we have ever come across. He arrived bang on time, estimated the length of the job and completed it to the second! No fuss, no mess whatsoever. And on top of that he is friendly and really good fun. Incredible. Almost too good to be true, but make sure you read all his other reviews and you’ll see that he is the man to do your bath.

My friends had Karl to refurbish their bath last year so I knew what to expect.

He’s done a wonderful job , going beyond what was discussed by filling in the old tap holes so I didn’t have to have ceramic fillers.

The bath is as good as new ,white and shiny. I217;m so happy that it’s been ‘saved’ and not been smashed up and gone to landfill.

It’s made my newly refurbished bathroom.

Our 1907 roll cast iron bath was looking the worse for wear after 112 years – badly corroded around the plug hole and with several areas of flaking enamel. Karl spent four hours carefully preparing the bath, repairing the enamel and treating the corrosion. Then he applied the primer and the top coating. Our bath is now looking like new! It’s an almost magical transformation. But, actually, its the result of having someone with the knowledge, the equipment and vast experience of this work. Karl is a experienced professional and can be recommended without hesitation.

My first appointment with Karl was back in 08/06/2006 (yes the date is correct) My second appointment was 03/01/2019 You can gauge how long Karl’s work lasts for. We had just moved into this old cottage to find this old rolltop bath left in the garden that had seen better days until Karl preformed his expertise on it (Amazing)!
